Water Aid, works with communities and local partners, to make clean water , decent toilets , and safe hygiene normal for everyone , everywhere. As a human right. Since 1981, 28 million people have got clean water, with taps close to home, schools and work, enabling them to have much better health conditions, now girls can swap their daily walk to fetch water, to a walk to school.
At our Shoe box service, we have over the years, had a collection for Water Aid , and we will, of course , be having one on November 19 again .
