Dear Friends,

“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, gentleness, kindness faithfulness and self-control.” Galatians 5:22-23

This Fruit of the Spirit has been displayed at All Hallows, in many ways over recent months as we have joined together in celebration and encouragement, now as we look towards the end of the year there are still plenty of opportunities to come together to wonder and give thanks for the goodness of God and that of one another.

As we mark 148 years of mission and ministry at and from All Hallows, so the countdown to the beginning of 150th Year of Celebrations begins, and we’d like to do that by encouraging 150 Acts of Kindness – more information please contact us.

As we do remember all those who have worshipped here before us, this month we also Remember, with thanksgiving those who have paid the ultimate price as they have died in wars and conflict in the service of their country and in the pursuit of peace and reconciliation.

May this month be one of gentleness to you, particularly if you are remembering family members or close friends who have served or are serving in the armed forces and together may our faithfulness be strengthened as we prepare to, once again, begin our journey to the manger.

Yours,

Nicola
